Job description
1. Production equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and routine maintenance.
2. Execute equipment improvement project, to improve efficiency and control budget.
3. Establish equipment operating SOP and act as trainer for other employees.
4. Set up inventory plan for spare parts.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree and above. Major in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Automation Engineering related fields.
2.Experience with equipment maintenance or improvement is a plus.
3. Good problem-solving skills, cross function communication skill, active learning attitude is required.
