Master Data & Customer Service Specialist

Job description

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Generating and sending invoices so that they are registered by the customer.

- Checking at order level the information about new listings, promo activities.

- Checking that deliveries to the customer comply with the agreed schedule.

- Master data elements include but are not limited to part raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, units of measure, also pricing.

-Create, control and maintain parent SKU and finished good part numbers, descriptions and product data in existing

- Perform data analysis tasks and propose corrective actions

- Support implementation of master data management processes, procedures, guidelines and standards

- Preparation and execution of end user trainings

- Creation and analysis of master data reports

Requirements:

- Master's degree preferred

- Fluency in English

- Very good Excel skills

- Computer-operating skills

- Friendly, service-oriented attitude

- Written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to identify and solve problems in an efficient and effective manner
