Job Position: Marketing Transformation Assistant
Function: Marketing Transformation
Main Purpose of Role
Drive competitive & profitable growth by increasing Marketing competitiveness and embedding activity systems that leverage Unilever scale and synergies across the 3 Divisions & the 4 LatAm MCOs
Main Accountabilities
As part of LATAM Marketing Transformation team, key accountabilities are:
· Perform & Transform: collaborate with Marketing Transformation Manager on the construction of Performance decks (monthly and quarter reports)
· Capabilities: support on calendar setting as well as logistics for La hora Marketing and any other initiative related with Innovation Transformation
· Fundamentals of Growth: support on tracking and logistics to land the program

1) Marketing teams across LATAM, 2) LATAM Performance Management Team, 3) CMI

· FoG embed across LATAM by Q2 2020
Key Skills
Relevant Experience
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Basic Marketing skills
· Comfort in maintaining multiple priorities and “Flow to work” agenda
· Proactivity and passion about performance
· Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
· Experience in Brand Building, Brand Development, CMI or Finance
