Job description

Background & Purpose of the Job:

This position is responsible for key aspects of the integrated manufacturing process.   This position also has an overall business responsibility.

What You’ll Do:

· 
Leader of safety culture.

· 
Ensuring that the production lines operate efficiently, safely, and manufacture a high-quality product.  This includes the engineering of preventative maintenance, facilitation of the line team and maintaining key performance indicators.

· 
Responsible for the delivery of both technical and additional training programs

· 
Engagement of manufacturing personnel in terms of leading, coaching, and promoting the values of the business. 

What You’ll Need To Succeed

· 
High school diploma required.

· 
2-3+ years of leadership experience within manufacturing environment.

· 
College degree in a manufacturing related field preferred.

· 
Ability to communicate effectively with all personnel levels.

· 
Ability to maintain accurate records and work on multiple tasks.                                                                                        

· 
Ability to make supervisory-level decisions.

· 
Ability to handle disciplinary actions and proper documentation.

· 
Must have a basic knowledge of technical machinery or process equipment.

· 
Must understand lubrication, sanitation, change-over, KPIs, new products, PM process.

Pay:  The pay range for this position is $67,000 to $100,500 . Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus:  This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI):  This position is LTI eligible.
