Job description

工作地:西藏 - 拉萨市

岗位职责:

1. 负责西藏全国重点客户(如永辉)和分销商的销售业务管理并完成公司的月度、季度、年度销售指标 。

2. 完成公司要求的产品,新品(线上&线下)分销,陈列及完美门店等执行指标

3. 完成西藏全渠道客户定制化的活动策划安排,谈判和卖进(月度/季度/年度)工作

4. 执行公司安排的各项促销活动以及O2O生意拓展

5. 完成西藏下沉市场的客户开发,建立并维护好客情关系

6. 所辖客户日常的生意跟进(生意数据分析,订单物流跟进,客户库存及费用财务管理)

7. 完成经销商综合人业务员以及门店促销员销售技能培训

任职条件:

1. 全日制本科学历,3年以上经销商或区域重点客户管理经验

2. 有新客户开发经验,熟悉分销商渠道管理及门店执行经验

3. 良好的沟通能力,抗压能力,学习及团队合作能力。Excel & PowerPoint基本操作技能

4. 曾经负责分销商生意不低于100万或直供KC客户生意不低于200万。
