MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Developing Key Accounts in Davao through the execution of highly differentiated activities
JOB SUMMARY
• Ensuring regular customer engagement to further build business and relationship
• Ensuring perfect basics such as stock availability and replenishment across all branches
• Planning strategic activities and initiatives to win in the channel and customer
• Coordinating with agencies to ensure on-time execution, monitoring and documentation of these activities
• Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators
• Ensuring successful new store openings by making Unilever brands stand out inside the store
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have 2 to 4 years of experience with account management/sales
• Must be action and detail-oriented, with an eye and passion for excellence
• Must be flexible, possessing good interpersonal skills
• Must possess the leadership skills to direct a group of Field supervisors / merchandisers in ensuring perfect and consistent execution across doors
• Knows how to drive
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
