Unilever is looking for a service minded KAM Coordinator based in Helsinki
Unilever Finland is growing our sales team and is now looking for 2 KAM Coordinators.
The KAM Coordinator will be an important part of the sales team and will support the Key Account Managers in their daily work. Your main stakeholders will be Key Account Managers and the Planning Team.

In the role as a KAM Coordinator your main responsibility is to support with the customer promotion planning and be the key user for the promotion planning tool. You will create reports on customer promotion calendars and actively benchmark promotions for forecasting purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain customer marketing plans and promotions in a forecasting environment
· Support for Key Account Managers in customer operations e.g. pricing
· Support for all Unilever Categories (Foods, Ice-Cream and Home & Personal Care)
· Reporting on promotion plans
· Actively participating in the monthly operational planning cycle

If you have experience from previous sales or business support roles it's an advantage but most important is an open mind-set and a willing to learn.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED/HAVE:
· Detail orientation
· Service mindset
· Good organizational and structural skills
· Good presentation and communication skills
· Adaptability and ability to quickly learn new ways of working & new tools & technology
· Fluent in Finnish and English, both writing & speaking
· Excel skills and SAP knowledge is an advantage but not required
