Main Job Purpose:
The Junior Talent Aquisition Specialist works in the Early Careers Team, which is responsible for all Early Careers Recruitment, Resourcing and Employer Branding for Unilever Europe.
The key part of this role is to support the activation of Talent Acquisition activities across the geography. The specialist supports brilliantly executed attraction activities that covers Unilever Future Leaders Programme and internship programmes in their market. The Junior Talent Aquisition Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute exceptional employer brand experiences across touchpoints to drive Unilever brand preference. In this regards, this role organizes attraction activities on campus and inhouse and coordinates online activities through different channels. Works closely with 3rd parties, who will assist with administrative as well as expertise support in terms of graduate attraction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the execution of the local Employer Branding activation plan and the implementation of global activities into the local environment
- Works closely with the EB Ambassadors to plan, coordinate and execute attraction activities like career fairs, on campus events, inhouse events and factory tours
- Mobilizes internal stakeholder to engage in activities and ensures that all participants are briefed on their roles and responsibilities
- Works closely together with Career Services and Student Associations to coordinate and organize career events
- Participates on career fairs, on campus and inhouse events
- Overtakes administrative tasks, e.g. sending invitations, sending reminders, booking visitors with reception, speakers, meeting rooms, catering, accommodation, arranging goodie bags
- Coordinates the creation and supply of attraction material (like brochures, flyers, posters) and career fair furniture, freebies and goodies
- Works closely with third parties in regards to the delivery of attraction material
- Ensures the quality of attraction material, career fair furniture, freebies and goodies
- Ensures that all material is up-to-date in terms of local trends and on brand
- Coordinates and executes the employer branding communication across digital channels like Facebook and other platforms
- Develops content in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition Specialist and other internal stakeholders
- Supports in tracking the success as well as ensuring the quality of digital channels
- Keeps content on career website up-to-date
- Supports the Talent Acquisition Specialist in the organization of Selection Boards / Assessment Centres.
- Supports short-term projects
Skills/Experience:
- Qualified to a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Previous experience in terms of internships in the field of graduate attraction is desirable
- A genuine interest in experienced hire and graduate talent
- An understanding of university life and the aspirations and lifestyles of students
- Digital and Social Media Affinity
- Extremely customer-focused
- An ability to prioritise with a strong delivery (through others) mentality and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Very good English language skills
- Fluent German language skills
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment and on own initiative
This is a temporary assignment – initially 2 years.
