Responsibilities
· Add your mark to the implementation, adaptation and continuous improvement of the effective global Compliance Management System, directly reporting to the Global Chief Compliance Officer;
· Implement and operate an electronic business partner-/ third party due diligence screening system : organize client onboarding processes, evaluate due diligence reports and risk assessments, organize in-depth due diligence evaluations and approval processes, monitor alerts delivered by external due diligence assessment providers as well as trade compliance requirements,
· Implement and operate the compliance e-learning system , including training contents, steering the external administration provider,
· Ensure effective management, updates as well as national translations and local implementation of the Upfield policies and standards ;
· Help to improve the multi-facetted integration of the CMS into business processes and corporate entities as well as the cooperation of the compliance unit with the legal office, internal audit, corporate finance, human resources and other functional departments; facilitate the coordination of the global network of regional, national and local Compliance officers;

Your background, skills and experience
· Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, Law or Compliance;
· Good language proficiency in Business English;
· Two to five years of relevant experience in an equivalent role at an international company with production- and sales activities;
· Sound understanding of the main functionalities and processes of an effective global compliance management system;
· Self-starter , ability to work independently and at the same time as an integral part of virtual global teams with vey good organizational and implementation capabilities;
· Great communication skills , helping to foster intrinsic compliance motivation of employees and managers, ensuring that required measures are applied consistently;
· Comfortable working with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
