BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic & innovative marketer to work in a Global FMCG leader, strengthen your Brand marketing experience as part of working directly with an international team.
You will play a key role in the development & growth plan for Unilever Spreads Category in the Hungarian/Adriatic market so any brand management, or category experience is a must.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build deep, holistic consumer understanding of the Brand/Category which will serve as the cornerstone of both the long term Brand/Category Strategy, and the yearly country plan.
Contribute to the development of the yearly Category and Brand plan (and P&L's) in full synergy with the long term plan; to the IBP (BMP) process for the Brand/Category and to the development of yearly activity plan, financial plans including major product launches, strategic PR development, digital approach
Contribute to the development of yearly Brand/Category communication and media strategies including the yearly CCP brief, development of the final communication strategy and baking asset creation
Build and nurture good, challenging but constructive relationship within the BCS Network. Work closely in a cross functional team across the business. Interact closely with Customer Development, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams, Adria-based colleagues; and creative, digital, and media agencies.
Project Management: Plan, execute and coordinate yearly activity plans including major product launches, strategic PR activations (UL Margarine Category), asset creations/adaptations and digital always-on communication. Support the category manager in leading international projects.
Learn and manage Digital Marketing activities, including site maintenance, strategy creation and always-on development of the main Food Digital Platform, www.receptműhely.hu .
Continuously monitoring brand performance, initiate discussions and analysis with relevant departments to improve performance - represents real ownership on the Baking business
Manage the budget precisely, within the agreed targets, including perfect administration and accurate monthly phasing.
Run all the necessary administrative tasks for the brand (Artwork, internal orders, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

· The candidate should have appr. 2 years' experience in marketing across either brand building or brand development or both.
· Fluency in Hungarian and English
· Digital marketing knowledge/experience is a high advantage
· Good analytical skills
· Ability to handle complex, soft (as opposed to black and white) problems
· Any kind of degree in baking/cooking (OKJ) is welcome
