Scope: National TBC

Location : Nuevo León, México

Terms & Conditions: Full time position. Currently live near Nuevo León or have immediate mobility to be transferred. Have a medium/high level of English.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE As IT Supply Chain Specialist, you will leads and contributes to the Supply Chain technology transformation strategy.

Experiences & Qualifications:

• ITIL V4 Foundations. (promueve la entrega de mejores servicios, y la mejora continua para ahorrar costos).

• Digital Transformation tools knowledge (Azure cloud, Databases, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,

• Process-oriented, and a motivated self-starter.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.

• Display influencing, communication skills towards stakeholders and leadership teams.

• A proactive, collaborative, resourceful and “can do” attitude.

• An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.

• Strong problem-solving & methodical abilities for project implementations.

• Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail.

• Experience using a disruptive thinking about deploying IT solutions.

• Goal-driven attitude.

• Problem solving, Agile delivery, risk management

• 3-5+ years in IT roles and implementing IT projects

What you will do:

• Contribute as an active IT business partner regarding Supply Chain big problems that need to be solved or what we need to innovate with IT solutions

. • Business Case support to show clear benefits about the IT solutions that transform the business (Consumer, customer, and employee experience).

• Collaborate with local, regional/global Supply Chain, and technology teams to generate innovation deliverables.

• Streamline technology solutions in collaboration with the IT North Latam and IT Global teams

Level of education needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, robotics, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Fluent advanced English.

Digital, automation, agile, data & analytics capabilities, project management (agile/scrum methologies)
