WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

·  Vendor invoice booking in Purchase to Pay (Accounts Payable) Finance Team.
·  Ensuring accounting and tax principles applied in invoice booking is compliant.
·  Follow up of vendor’s invoices and support business for problem solving.
·  Prepare and review invoice reports to related stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related discipline,
·  Previous experience in invoice booking, (preferred)
·  1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting functions,
·  Must be skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data,
·  Computer skills: SAP, MS office, advanced Excel knowledge,
·  Ability to act in a multifunctional environment,
·  Organized & detail oriented; able to keep sight of multiple deadlines & responsibilities,
·  Fluency in English.
