The described internship vacancy is part of the Europe Food Solutions R&D Savoury Knorr team, which is a key partner to other Global, and Regional functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) to develop and implement Savoury products based on existing or new technologies.
Your tasks
• To support technologists on product development and upscaling / implementation of new products from lab scale to production scale by working in laboratory, pilot plant, factory and kitchen
• To support technologists on running experiments for focus areas such as product and formulation under-standing with the use of design of experiments
• To collect data from technical tests as assigned and analyze /interpret results with technical report
Requirements
• “Bachelor or Master Studies” of Food Technology / Process / Engineering
• Laboratory experience - Preferred
• Passion to work in the kitchen, laboratory and pilot plants
• Passionate about food ingredients and ambitious to deliver the best quality always
• Has knowledge on experimental design, data collection & simple analysis
• Strong evidence of team commitment
• Good communication skills, fluent in English, next to analytical skills
• Ability to work in a multi-functional, multi-cultural environment
Duration: 6 months
Start date: September/ October 2017
