MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The Net Revenue Management (NRM) Analyst provides support to the European ecommerce and NRM team across the 5 levers defined in the NRM Framework:

· Brand/channel portfolio pricing: Ensuring we capture the full value of our brands for consumers – in each segment, channel
· Pack price architecture: Delivering the right format, right pack, at right price, by channel – for each consumer occasion and shopping mission
· Active mix management: Driving our brand / pack / channel mix to where the profit and growth are
· Promotion management: Ensuring we tailor promotional strategies by mission, channel; right frequency, depth to drive value
· Trade spend translation: Investing holistically in winning customers, motivate and reward the behaviour we seek

The NRM Analyst is part of the Netherlands NRM/ecommerce team and works cross functionally with different departments within the company. The role will support the ecommerce manager and Net Revenue Manager to roll out a program that will identify opportunities by category (and by NRM lever) for delivery in 2017. The NRM intern will additionally deliver tracking and support delivery of opportunities identified previously for delivery in 2016. Finally, the NRM Analyst will contribute to ad hoc NRM led analysis and work flows, and support the set-up and organisation of meetings critical to progress the NRM agenda.

JOB SUMMARY
· Analyzing large data sets to help business hypothesis on online NRM
· Track NRM performance in market in 2017:
· Involved in developing the program roll-out:
· Support team in weekly and monthly meetings

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· University Educated (preference: Technical Studies or econometric)
· Experience in identifying opportunities from data and working through a process to bring insights to reality is a plus
· Experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is a plus
· Strong numeracy and analytical skills and ability to work with financial and external market data
· Strong ability to generate insights from analyses and synthesize findings
· Good financial knowledge
· Computer-literate & highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
· Fluent in (business) English
· Available from May and for six months
