Department: PC BU Supply Chain

Job Title: Innovation & Long-term Planning supervisor

Workplace: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Innovation Management

Work as supply chain representative, drive impactful innovation to ensure quality and on time delivery, and realize GM improvement considering supply chain resilience and agility.

Manage project timeline, internal resource coordination and key milestone communication.

Manage supply chain related risks from concept to launch, including technical risks, product quality, production line capability, material handling and write-off, capacity preparation etc.

Sourcing unit selection, validation for new product concept and develop technical solution based on business needs.

Business case validation and supply chain cost estimation.

Fuel for growth-E2E 5S and GM Optimization

Lead 5S Agenda and collaborate with cross function to seek end to end saving opportunities to support business from bottom line.

S&OP Saving reconciliation for all BU SC lead savings PL/Sourcing/Mat Waste/Prod.

Long-term Strategic Planning

Build mid-term and long-term capacity/capability plan, set up supplier capacity profile considering business growth rate to debottleneck and build long term improvement plan to ensure service.

Lead key portfolio inhouse solution development and transformation delivery.

Build resilience strategic plan and resilience project management.

Requirements:

1). Education Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Operations, Planning, Engineering or related fields.

2). Experience 3+ years of relevant experience  

Skills Specific: A working knowledge of the Operation Planning processes, Project Management, and the Logistics Management. 

Competencies & Abilities:

1). Project Management: Essential skill requirement, proficient in MS Project

2). Data analysis: Proficient in Excel/ Power BI etc.

3). Communications: This position requires excellent communication skills

4). Basic finance sense and numerous sense

5). Planning experience

6). SAP operation

7). Problem Solving: Essential skill requirement.

8). Real Accountability: Essential skill requirement

9). Team Commitment: Essential skill requirement  

Experience Required:

Presentation of data to management is required for business planning, priority an innovation planning background, or as a backup Demand planning background should be also considered.

Having the skills across numerous categories on planning processes while maintaining control over their own brands. This is a position, with numerous critical interfaces requiring experience, good judgment, and an ability to work with people, a basic understanding of several business processes and leadership skills.  This position also requires the planning and execution of the day-to-day requirements of specific projects from a tactical point of view. In-depth understanding of, or experience with the piloting and launch phases of the Innovation side of the business is necessary.
