Ice cream Logistics Operation Specialist

Job Description : In charge warehouse and transportation operation of RDC in Ice cream BU.

Safety and Quality

·  Ensure operation compliance with Unilever safety and quality requirements.
·  3PL safety and quality mindset building. Onsite monitoring, safety risk assessment, unsafe condition/activity   discovering, correction and continuous improvement.

Service

·  Hold 3PL accountable, allocate resource and conduct operation SOP, to complete order delivery on time in full and deliver high logistics service level, together with 3PL.
·  Warehouse operation, including goods receiving from factory or other DC, order dispatch and physical & system stock management, etc.
·  Transportation operation, including transportation planning & tracking, abnormal delivery handling, delivery note management and reverse logistics, etc.
·  Regular 3PL performance review and actions to improve.
·  Manage exceptional case and emergency.
·  Strong service mindset, good communication with cross functions, sales team & customers to ensure products successfully route to market.

Cost

·  Warehouse and transportation settlement and cost management.
·  Continuous monitoring and improvement on operation efficiency. Collaborate with 3PL to seek for and realize value-added optimization.
·  Execute optimization projects to realize savings and logistics renovation.

Basic requirement

·  Accountable and hard working
·  2-3 years logistics operation working experience (warehouse + transportation), ice cream industry preferred
·  Strong 3PL management skill
·  Good communication skill
·  Strategic thinking and future fit mindset
·  English as working language preferred

                                              

Working location: Fuzhou, but willing to rotate for 1-2 years.
