Job description
This role mainly in charge of IC customer service team management, including operation team management, key customer order fulfillment tracking, customer collaboration project developing, driving improvement leading to greater customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Operation Team Management: Own & manage customer order fulfillment process and lead team to support IC DT and DD business, Enable a smoothly daily work and be 1st contact for general topic for the team Weekly / Monthly reporting & Analysis to monitor IC BU service KPI (DR/DROO/OTIF…) Proactively work with sales team to achieve sales target and balance supply chain resource Continuously standardize & improve O2C process Regular meeting internally & externally to review Key Account service performance & satisfaction
Customer collaboration & order delivery management Build up and maintain close relationship with customer, monitor the whole O2C process Collaborate with key customer on co-design or digitalized project to better deliver business achievement (CPFR/EDI/…) Demand management and problem solving: Daily order management and problem solving: Customer demand fulfillment and order processing management, ensure products are delivered to requested customer at requested time
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above
- 3 -5 years experience in order-to-cash process, team management experience is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset, Good business sense with good communication sill
- Strong result driven by process oriented
- Data analysis and Project management skill
