Job description

Main Purpose of job

The purpose of this role is to ensure Finance Business Partnering support for the EE countries (Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary) under the supervision of the IC EE Finance Lead who sits in Hungary. Key focus on P&L management of the Ice Cream business through strategic and operational tasks including annual & strategic planning, portfolio management, innovations, and financial evaluations. 

Responsibilities and task

·  Provide finance & commercial business partnering to the Ice Cream Category Business Team in the areas of performance management & evaluation of investment decisions
·  Monthly performance review including variance analysis vs submitted forecast & vs prior year in terms of all lines of the P&L
·  Controlling of marketing budgets and broad understanding of sales budget management
·  Support in development of category commercial strategy
·  Contribute to ongoing efficiency opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
·  Providing ad-hoc support and financial analysis to the category team
·  Identifying opportunities for processes & reports for simplification and harmonization
·  Ensure the control framework is in place and working
·  Support in promo pricing governance and execution
·  Monitor revenue management KPIs and ensure delivery of the specific revenue management objectives in coordination with Sales & Trade Marketing
·  Engage with marketing to drive innovation portfolio pricing
·  Manage complex issues and translate them into small pieces with clear, structured recommendation

·  Minimum 3-5 years of Finance experience
·  Experience in controlling (Finance Business Partnering, Reporting, Forecasting, Performance Management, CD Support)
·  University degree, preferable in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Management
·  Clear logical and analytical thinking
·  Ability to deal with a large number of data
·  Learning agility, collaborative spirit, results orientation
·  Flexibility and adaptability in changing environment
·  Proactive individual with “a can do” attitude who can work individually and as a part of the team and who is willing to take responsibility for various projects
·  Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, ability to prioritize
·  Passion and motivation for development
·  Very good communication, organizational and presentation skills
·  Very good overall computer skills (Ms Office, Focus on Excel)
·  English fluency
