The Hygiene Specialist is designed to be fully functional in the 4-Day work week trial.
Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Hygiene Specialist . This role will be responsible for the CIP Plant Validation, improvement projects, automation COP and OPC System (Satellite C&D Systems).
This role will also be in charge with the maintenance and review of Equipment Hygiene design and support in maintaining of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Hygiene Zones.
Role Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:

Support site in updating the Cleaning and Disinfection systems (CIP, COP, OPC), their automation and validations.

Support site in the implementation and maintenance of the Hygiene Protocol (equipment hygiene design, entry and exit procedures, change room).
·
Lead continuous improvement projects in the areas of product quality or manufacturing failure incidents, hands on experience of using different investigation tools.
·
Performs fill weights compliance audits verify processes are in control using SPC (histograms, CpK, etc) and provide solutions.
·
Provide training as needed, develop and/or review product verification and validation protocols.
·
Support in the maintenance of Quality and Food safety requirements in the shop floor.

Previous exposure to HACCP / GMP / ISO 22000
·
Previous experience (3 to 5 years in the food industry preferably in dairy or pharmaceutical or beverage industry).
