Job description
HR Business Partner (Poznań Factory)
Location: Poznań
Main job purpose:
· Delivers HR support to Poznań Factory and ensuring HR delivery is in fully aligned to factory business goals
· Assure overall HR governance and HR projects delivery (such as HR4F, PD pillar in WCM)
· Utilises the talent development process and tools delivered by the Expertise Teams in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline for both the short and medium term needs of the company
· Collaborates with the business for the creation of a high performance culture by implementing team and organisation design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
· Brings HR insight (including Employee and Industrial Relations) to bear on all people related issues (people, capabilities, organisation, leadership and culture)
· Supports managers (leadership team) in Poznań Factory to deliver their strategies, manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external)
· Interfaces with many roles, for example SDM, Support Areas (for e.g., Finance, Legal), HRBPs, Expertise Teams, Unions, etc.
· Develop the necessary credibility within the organization to be able to influence decisions and deliver HR agenda
Key Accountabilities:
Talent Management
· Responsible for activation of the local Human Resources plan (including the talentcomponent)
· Provides input into the Talent strategy for the business through developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities (by activating global solutions, e.g. Talent Management tools/ processes and diversity metrics, etc) and manages factory Talent Pipeline
· Activate end of year performance reviews according to global cycle (communication, training) and provide support in use of the global talent management tools (Multi-Source Feedback etc.)
· Facilitate factory Talent Forum
Capability Building
· Together with LM's identify people development needs
· Develop learning strategy with factory leadership and coordinate factory learning demand plan
· Activate Individual Development Plans
Change Management
· Implements, and coordinates change initiatives to support enhanced organisational effectiveness and performance culture within the business
Labor Law, Industrial/Employee Relations part of the role
· Monitors, coordinates and addresses legal compliance issues for Poznań Factory to ensure that the organisation complies with local and national laws (for e.g. recruitment, diversity, data protection, employee contracts)
· Is responsible for delivering Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/ IR) to the business (knowledge of legislative and consequent impact on the organisation, relationships with works council/ unions, government/regulatory bodies, community, etc
· Coordinates annual salary negotiation process with unions on a factory level
· Coordinates regular timely updates of local Collective Agreements and other internal regulations
Other HR Agenda
· Leads the delivery of HR4Factories and WCM People Development pillar
· Interacts with HR and business colleagues within and outside the business to ensure alignment of HR activity in the spirit of One Unilever
· Works with HR colleagues from Expertise Teams to deliver HR interventions within the business
· Collects Human Resources/Organisation Effectiveness metrics and measurement for the business across entire HR lifecycle
· Interfaces with Contingent labor service provider for delivery of contingent labor services to the business, monitors quality and timeliness of service provision
· Encourages teams and individuals to work collaboratively by focusing on the common purpose of the team
· Has financial and budgetary responsibility for HR in his/her area of responsibility
· Activate the annual Salary/Bonus review process, support the LM's throughout the process on tools as well as provide advisory support
· Support Management Trainee and Employer Branding programs for the geography
· Support Line Managers/participate in recruitment process

Dynamically Allocatable Resource
· Manage/participate in projects/assignments on country or CEE level
Required skills and qualifications:
- University graduate
- Relevant experience in HR systems and processes.
- Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle
- Relevant experience in matrix/complex environment and ER/IR systems and process
- Ideally has had experience of HR service centre environment and/or expertise teams as well as hands-on HR management experience in the business
- Thorough understanding of management trade unions, key legal, compliance, safety and other regulatory issues involved in key HR processes – knows key issues to look out for and when to get expertise teams involved
