HR P2P Analyst

Job description

To be part of the HR team, as a P2P Analyst, you need to know the following information:

Your responsibilities will be:

· Work with multiple payment systems to assist in the day to day P2P process
· Effectively track invoices and raise discrepancies between invoice & PO details
· Resolve payment rejection/exception queries
· Work closely with vendors and their systems to ensure billing continuity
· Partner with Finance & budget owners on invoice queries

These skills are necessary for the position:

· Understanding of P2P workflow
· Comfortable with Coupa, Tungsten, SAP, & vendor payment systems
· Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
· Advanced English
· Good time management/tracking skills
· Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal departments, and key contacts
