Job description
Job Description : In charge of warehouse and transportation operation of RDC in HC/PC/Health & Wellbeing BU (HPC).
Safety and Quality
· Ensure operation compliance with Unilever safety and quality requirements.
· 3PL safety and quality mindset building. Onsite monitoring, safety risk assessment, unsafe condition/behavior observing, correction and continuous improvement.
Service
· Hold 3PL accountable, allocate resource and conduct operation SOP, to complete order delivery on time in full and deliver high logistics service level, together with 3PL.
· Warehouse operation, including goods receiving, order dispatch, goods quality checking and repacking, and physical & system stock management, etc.
· Transportation operation, including transportation planning & tracking, abnormal delivery handling, delivery note and POD management, and reverse logistics, etc.
· Coordinate between sales and CE team.
· To ensure 3PL fully completing month end POD input.
· Regular 3PL performance review and actions to improve.
· Manage exceptional case and emergency.
Cost
· Warehouse and transportation cost settlement and management.
· To control CPT on
· Continuous monitoring and improvement on operation efficiency. Collaborate with 3PL to seek for and realize value-added optimization.
· Dig out optimization opportunities to realize savings target.
Basic requirement
· Accountable and hard working
· 2-3 years logistics operation working experience (warehousing + transportation)
· Strong 3PL management skill
· English with working language level
· Strong service mindset, good communication with cross functions including sales team, CE, quality, planning and factory, to ensure products successfully route to market.
