Salary
Up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including 25 days holidays, bonus, flexible working policies, Bupa healthcare, Unilever pension scheme, free on-site gym, product discounts, etc.

You're an expert: You will need promote consistency and efficiency by dedicatedly sharing insights and standard methodology across the UL network.
You're a born creator: You will craft ground-breaking relationships with creative and differentiating ideas and execution.
You have a bias for action: This position will require someone to operate in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
More Specifically' you will
Support Unilever's Global Sponsorship Director on global sponsorship activities
70% time Now United (global pop group), 30% Rexona's global football partnership
Support with rights holder management, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and exhausted
To lead market activation /execution calls
Support global brand team with market toolkit development, creation and cascade
To build effective marketing materials and activation concepts & programmes (together with agencies) to sell in to markets
Work with local market to set clear JTBD / KPI setting (measuring business and brand impact)
Asset management and allocation management
To lead activation reporting and dedicatedly share success models within the business
Support with all areas of event management and onsite delivery when required
Management of tickets, merchandising and fulfilment of consumer experiences (working with agencies)
Support brand teams with creative approvals
Financial planning and budgeting
What you'll need to succeed
1st or 2nd class Marketing degree
Experience as a marketing professional, preferably within the sport or entertainment industry (agency side preferred) or related business experience, preferably in Digital, TV, Media
Ability to work flexible work hours to include nights and/or weekends based on business need
International Travel as required
