Global Mobility Data Specialist

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The Global Mobility Data Specialist owns the End to End Global Mobility system and data management. He/She should have system expertise in Workday, Assignment Pro, One view and their interlinkages. Data specialists own the data integrity on these systems and are expected to be the experts to enable timely and accurate transactions and updates. He/She is accountable to deliver analytical insights that will be used to enhance operational effectiveness. This role is key in enabling simplification of Global Mobility processes and ensuring 100% accurate Global Mobility data

JOB SUMMARY

· Assignment initiations on Workday
· Complete admin/support tasks for GM People Experience Leads
· Data validation in Assignment Pro and Workday
· Responsible for data required for payroll
· Assignment Pro super-user
· Regional Analytics and Data Validation
· Regional Pay Review
· Interfacing with GM Operations – Payroll, Global Package Team and Finance
· Data Entry and validation with GM System interfaces
· Track and Chase Assignee surveys
· Query management with vendors
· Finance or Billing queries

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
· Minimum of 2 -3 years in a similar role
· MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Experience in liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders across regions
· Extensive administrative experience
· Global Mobility or HR knowledge advantageous
· Proficient in using Workday and Assignment Pro systems or savvy to be trained on these systems
· Project support experience
