•The Global Mobility team is responsible for designing and managing the delivery of all aspects of Unilever's International Assignment program as part of the Global HR Services organization. The NAMETRUB team is responsible for managing 150 Long Term International Assignees, Short Term Assignees, Permanent Transfers and Commuters across North Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Israel, Iran, the UNICA countries and Russia. The team is accountable for all aspects of the assignee relationship, vendor management, processes and operational service delivery within our region.
•Each Global Mobility Analyst is responsible for a portfolio of Assignees who are moving on one of the Global Mobility policies. Global Mobility Analysts will be responsible for day to day operational service delivery delivered to their portfolio of international assignees as well as interaction with HR.
•Global Mobility is a specialist area due to the cross border nature of the work and in addition to best in class service delivery skills, Global Mobility Analysts require a good understanding of employment law, immigration, personal tax, social security, payroll compliance and vendor management
• To deliver outstanding service to these assignees, Global Mobility Analysts must be adept at managing numerous stakeholders, multi-tasking and maintaining a tight control of day to day service operations.
• In addition to case management, the Global Mobility Analyst is responsible for ensuring data quality, managing the monthly payroll, local reporting and maintaining all NAMETRUB specific content on sharepoint and i.UL pages. The GMA is also the country lead for one or more countries, and thus responsible for all processes and documentation relating to that country(ies). The Global Mobility Analyst must have an excellent eye for detail and analytical skills.
Key Accountabilities
•Manage the monthly payroll
•Ensure data quality and lead the data audit
•Responsible for end to end service delivery for a high volume moves within their portfolio, providing a smooth and efficient service focused on landing people into their new roles as quickly as possible. GMA's will primarily support PT's and STA's
•Proactively working with vendors and HR to ensure that the delivery of the service runs smoothly and efficiently
•Good understanding of personal tax issues, equity award treatment, immigration, social security and payroll compliance for cross border moves
•Advising assignees on GM policies, application of policies, cross border compliance issues and relocation matters
•Responsible for overall client and user satisfaction for the population of individuals within their portfolio, ensuring that the GM service delivery meets key metrics
•Responsible for ensuring that all services provided to assignees within their portfolio is efficient and transparent
•Direct interaction with numerous international assignees of all WL's and managing their desire for policy exceptions within the global exception management framework
•Responsible for initiating vendor services and pro-actively following up on status of moves and services provided by 3rd party providers
•Pro-actively identifying operational issues and suggesting process fixes

Relevant Experience
• Experience in liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders across regions
• 2-3 years Global Mobility experience or working in a tax, immigration, finance, remuneration or benefits environment, or experience working with a 3 rd party
• Experience with HR Information Systems
• Experience with sharepoint
