Role & Responsibilities – your purpose

Working under the direction of the Sr Global Creative Director:

·  Produce global content for our industry-leading brand digital storytelling publishing model
·  Develop content that will help drive local brand relevancy to support business objectives. And drive social activism content to support social mission objectives.
·  Coach and mentor local country digital leads by providing appropriate guidance and best practices.
·  Ensure digital publishing model supports a variety of stakeholders in the organization including: Brand, Retail, PR, Social Mission, and E-Commerce.
·  Develop and manage project timelines and budgets to insure on time and on budget delivery of projects.
·  Help develop toolkits for global rollout.
·  Manage relationships and projects with external agencies and vendors. Responsible for project briefing, negotiation, timeline management, and project delivery
·  Digital asset management and creative concepting
·  Assist with the development of web content – working with web developers to ensure execution and delivery.
·  Liaison with Unilever Legal and External Affairs when necessary

Skills & Experience

·  Bachelor degree in relevant subject or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
·  2– 4 years in social media, journalism, or digital marketing role with demonstrated success of managing developing and distributing digital content.
·  Demonstrated understanding and experience in content digital content including, but not limited to social, long-form, and video.
·  Demonstrated understanding and experience in digital content distribution through a variety of channels including paid and organic social media, SEO/SEM, content discovery networks, and branded content.
·  Experience managing agencies and vendors.
·  Demonstrated understanding of and experience in digital and social media platforms and technology.
·  Demonstrated understanding and experience in web development, ecommerce, SEO/SEM, Search, and analytics.
·  Demonstrated understanding of company mission, goals and objectives. 
·  Excellent project management skills and initiative are required.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location   

In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston and Graze in Richmond. We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem. The campus is due to be completed in early 2025 and will consist of two interconnected buildings, as well as landscaped surrounding areas.
