JOB TITLE: Global Assistant Brand Manager, Pond's
JOB LOCATION: Singapore
RELOCATION TERMS: Local terms


JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Brand Manager on the Pond's upper mass platform, Flawless Radiance.

Main accountabilities include:
· Support Global Brand Manager (GBM) on the upcoming global relaunch
· Lead weekly alignment meetings with cross functional project teams (i.e. Supply Chain, finance, R&D) in order to deliver the re-launch project on-time, in-full
· Work with advertising and PR agencies to brief, design and deliver specific elements of projects and marketing campaigns
· Work with key stakeholders in key countries to monitor in-market execution against agreed KPIs
· Input into the brand's strategy and business analytics in the key countries
· In addition to assisting GBM on the relaunch, lead the development of future innovation/s from conceptualization to in-market deployment

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· A passion for Brand Development, particularly in the context of skin health and beauty.
· Keen consumer understanding skills, with an exceptional eye for beauty
· A keen understanding of digital & social marketing, and what it takes to win in these key channels.
· Experience on E-commerce is not required, but a plus.
· Positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional soft skills to enable delivery through high degrees of collaboration and partnership.
