SALARY: £31,200 to £39,000
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to lead key activities & support a Global Brand Manager in the development and execution of innovation and communication projects. This position offers a great opportunity to demonstrate independent leadership and clearly ownable deliverables. We're looking for a candidate who is able to hit the ground running, demonstrate high levels of responsibility, ownership and desire to develop within the exciting and demanding world of hair care.

JOB SUMMARY
· Supports the project leader on brand activities, including project management, mix development & design to deliver OTIF on global innovation networks.
· Plays a key supporting role in leading work with creative & production agencies to develop & deliver creative assets (ATL, Digital, Print, POSM)
· Plays a key supporting role in leading regional/local networks with cross-functional team to deploy projects in key global markets
· Accountable for leading the process & planning of 1) global hair trends & 2) key competitive movements leading to development of future innovations/communication pipeline for brand incremental growth
· Accountable for deploying global Dove casting model & database and roll out to other Dove categories.
· Data analysis – evaluation of projects, P&L, areas to develop
· Understanding of digital platforms
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Proven experience in a similar brand marketing role
· Microsoft Office experience including Excel and Powerpoint
· Project management experience
· Degree educated or equivalent in Marketing or Business Management related functions is desirable
· Previous experience working in a marketing role for luxury/premium brand desirable
