Financial Analyst - Promotion Management
Job Scope: Financial Analyst or Finance Supervisor – Promotion Management is to analyze Trade promotion effectiveness and provide financial justification and recommendation to Trade Marketing (CSP), Sales (CBD), and Finance Business Partnering team on performance results and promotion optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

To conduct/review pre & post evaluations for customer/category themes as well as to provide business justifications to do/not to do promotions.
·
Support Finance director and manager for promotion effective and learning.
·
To conduct quarterly post promotion evaluation and lead discussion with Customer & Channel Development and Country Category Business Teams to optimize investment spending.
·
Support on tracking for Trade spending performance and share back to stakeholders to control within budget.
·
To responsible for audit compliance.
Qualification:
·
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance with strong academic background.
·
At least 3 years of working experience with commercial background, preferably in FMCG.
·
Strong English communication skill.
·
Good leadership skill and able to work under pressure.
·
Communication and Interpersonal skill within diverse environment.
