Finance Manager – Sales Operation

Job description

· 
Manage end-to-end trade investment activities from spend accrual to claim settlement by working closely with Promotion planning, Sales, and Claim team

· 
Provide customer performance and trade investment analysis and present to Sales leadership team on monthly basis

· 
Drive promotion effectiveness’s discussion with Trade Marketing and Sales team and provide recommendation to present to BU leadership meeting

· 
Ensure effectiveness of controls & compliance, and coordinate with other x-functional teams to ensure completeness and proper record of trade investment activities

· 
Lead team by developing team performance and coaching

· 
Assess current practices and process and make recommendations for improvement
