CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
As FP&A Junior Manager you are responsible for the execution of monthly reporting for actuals and forecast for all Unilever Business Groups in Europe. Additionally, you are responsible for proper checks and control and basic analyzing of the effects. You should understand the variances between actuals and forecast as well as actuals from prior and current year. Part of this role is dedicated to answering business question coming from the different teams within the Supply Chain Finance network regarding business performance.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Provide monthly reporting of actuals to support month end closure process;
·
Provide monthly reporting of forecast to enable decision making process by the business;
·
Enforce checks and controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting has been submitted in the monthly, quarterly and yearly cycle;
·
Being responsible for P&L reporting in the submission tools and communication with relevant stakeholders;
·
Perform data quality analysis on Supply Chain costs and align with stakeholders;
·
Managing communication of financial results towards stakeholders;
·
Update procedures, operation instructions and other documentation with process scope
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
·
Minimum 3 years of finance working experience preferably in financial reporting, accounting, controlling;
·
Functional knowledge of supply chain and experience in SAP would be an advantage;
·
High proficiency with MS Office (excellent skills in Excel is a must);
·
Analytical mindset: capability to analyze data to catch inconsistencies and mistakes;
·
Fluent in English verbal and written;
·
Experience in Business Partnering;
·
Understanding of Connect and finance systems is an advantage
·
Team player, pro-active
·
