Main Accountabilities

· Business Unit (BU) Finance Business Partner
· High Value Performance Management: End-to-end P&L management to drive business performance in topline and bottom-line
· Long Term and Strategic Planning: Financial growth modelling to translate business strategy into a multi-year financial plan that will seize growth and future-proof the business
· Disruption: Influencing innovations in an ever-changing market
· Customer Development (CD) Finance Business Partner
· Long-Term Business Strategy: Building business cases for trade spend for pitches and driving ROMI improvement in trade activities
· Performance Management: Drive channel performance in TO and customer contribution
· Controllers and Expertise (C&E)
· Proactive Risk Management: Protect the business through a fully functional control framework
· Fantastic Fundamentals: Balance sheet integrity and hygiene
· Best in Class C&E Processes and Efficient Compliance and Controls: Leadership in process automations
· Finance Excellence Team (FET)
· Process Excellence: Leading end-to-end financial forecasting process
· Steer Business Performance: Driving performance improvements by partnering and challenging cost buckets
· Unlock Future Profitable Growth
· Supply Chain (SC) Industrial Finance
· Performance Management: Partners core performance management through supply chain production and factory costs strategies
· Finance Business Partnering: Drive decision making around resource allocation, budget setting, innovation business cases, capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals
Key Skills

· Good Business Acumen on UL or FMCG-related processes, systems, and operations
Relevant Experience
· Graduate of any Business Course, with Finance and Accounting units
