About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a full time Business Finance Partner – Factory to join our team based at our Minto factory site.
As the Business Finance Partner for the site, you will provide site finance support as an integral member of the Minto Supply Chain Management team, as well as provide key business decision support, financial performance analysis and forecasting. You will be key in ensuring key financial controls are operational and keys risks are communicated to an appropriate level of management.
Key Accountabilities
· Be a key member of the Minto management team, contribute to the management team, driving performance improvement at the site by providing a financial view and insight into site performance.
· Coordination and assistance with Supply Chain budgeting and forecasting.
· Highlight opportunities to management and execute change improvement opportunities.
· Assist with the preparation of Capital Proposals for the Minto site and forecasting of Capex.
· Time manage open capital proposals and challenge appropriateness of projects and manage risk.
· Report and analyse monthly Factory variances and drive insight into actual performance
· Ensure key financial controls are in place and operational for the Minto site.
· Maintenance and update of WCM (world class manufacturing) reports
· Ad-Hoc finance project work and analysis as required for the Minto site
Skills & Experience
· Relevant qualifications as well as having achieved or working towards financial professional qualifications like CPA, CPS, CIMA, ICAA.
· You will come with previous business partnering experience or demonstrated ability.
· Experience within FMCG and or a factory environment would be ideal
· You will be a strong communicator, with solid interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and hold them accountable
· Working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
· Most of all you will be self-motivated, accountable and work with integrity.
