Main purpose of the role
The Channel Development Executive is responsible for the On Time In Full implementation of all assigned Drugstore and e-commerce activations in Gulf and lead the execution of a new launch
Main accountabilites
1. Plan and execute store development plans:
a-Coordinate with the supervisors on the activation plans: Timing,Outlets details,timings of promoters,municiplaity approvals deployment of gifts and samples,extra visibility elements (FSU,Countertops) and POSM
b-Compelete follow up & accounatability of monthly / yearly sales targets
c-Compile the pictures and AAR of the activations from all the Gulf Markets
d-Work closely with TCM to develop planograms for FSU and countertops and monitor implementation
e-Channel Plan & execution of events at a store level
g-Keeping a track of payment collection within the channels
h-Visit the market for availibility and implementation audits as per agreed schedule
2.Lead the execution of a Gold Launch
a-Follow up with the sales team on the launch plans across Gulf: on shelf visibility tracking before and after the launch pictures
b-Execute Activation plan:Track Off shelve displays per outlets per channel, promoters plans, municipality approvals,gifts deployment,POSM
c-Compile the pictures and AAR of the launch from all the Gulf Markets
3.Support e-commerce pilots
a-Follow up with the designated digital agency to upload aligned e-assortment on retailers site with the product description and call to action
b-Follow up on the implementation of online activities with the sales team and suppliers: e-coupons, discount vouchers, exclusive online promotions
4.Administrative tasks
a-Budget Tracking
b-oraganise finance reviews of the team
c-Activity Proposal & execution at a customer level
