MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The role is responsible for leading, building and executing strategies and plans.

JOB SUMMARY
· Manage Area Activation Agencies which is responsible in manpower deployment.
· Below the line implementation of merchandising and promotions, perfect store and activity reports and evaluation.
· Implement all National and Customized Activities to win in the market
· Taskforce deployment and operations
· Implementation of control measures
· Go to persons of Customer Development field execution
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in field sales in FMCG company
· Bachelor's Degree holder
· Strong operational skills with high attention to details
· Strong bias for action
· Strong leadership skills
· Good priority setting and planning skills
