Job description

Qualification:

1. Fluent English in both oral and written.

2. Excellent Office Software skills, particularly in Excel and Power Point, other data analysis tool eg: PBI is a plus.

3. Familiar with ISO 14001 & 50001 requirements, ISO 14001 auditor certification is preferred.

4. Familiar with Chinese environment regulation requirement.

5. Good communication and people interaction skills.

6. Capability in data analysis, strategic thinking, and quick learning.

7. Enthusiastic in environment & sustainability topics, engineering or sciences background is preferred.

8. Program management experiences is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

1. To manage the global EPR (Environment Performance Reporting) System, to load all relative data and process on monthly basis and to ensure the compliance with internal and external new ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) requirement.

2. To track, analysis and report environmental performance and delivery North Asia environmental monthly / quarterly report on time.

3. To track & analysis environmental incident and participate in the investigations, follow the implement of action plans from different department.

4. To perform environmental performance data internal audit, positive assurance review (PAR) cross audit, waste management supplier audit, etc.

5. To support environmental compliance program and track the compliance report from sites.

6. To support the implementation of UMS (Unilever Manufacture System) Env pillar.

7. To analysis the new law & regulation requirement and analysis the gap with sites.

8. To provide some environmental/sustainability related training by the internal training program or materials, like environmental care framework, other env tools.

9. To work with external agency on energy management system & SHE dashboard optimization.

10. To assist organize environmental network monthly meeting and track the following actions, and other CSHE team inside work supporting.
