Job Title: Enterprise & Technology Solutions M&A Coordination Expert
Salary: up to £32,000
Benefits: BUPA, performance bonus, pension, agile working + site benefits

MAIN JOB PURPOSE & BACKGROUND:
The Process & Technology Experts in Business Operations support the global convergence agenda, delivering efficiencies & complexity reduction, continuously improving the available process & technology solutions and ensuring internal and external benchmarking. They are the functional experts who will deliver integrated process & technology design, satisfying business needs, and ensuring compliance with the overarching process and service strategy.

In addition, Process & Technology Experts have the responsibility for the relationship between IT and the decision makers in the business, focusing on building and fostering those relationships, ensuring good governance of IT investments, identifying and managing the demand for IT resources, and providing Executive-level service level management.
The ETS Business Operations Integration Team in particular is responsible for Common Approaches, Global Standards for E2E Business Process Management (BPM), Programme Portfolio Management, Business Partnering the Legal Function, Financial Controls Management as well as M&A Integration Projects

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Document Management
• Administrate the selected document management solution for all M&A projects with ETS engagement (O365, Intralinks)
• Administrate and control access to M&A project sites internally as well as externally
• Provide induction sessions and training to new users
• Own the user guide for the document management solution
• Act as the single point of contact internally and externally for document management and give support to all team members

System access (Business Operations Integration M&A only)
• Provide system access to 3rd parties as per project requirements
• Own the DTP “How to give access to 3rd parties” as per requirements

M&A Playbook on SharePoint
• Take full ownership for design and content of the M&A Playbook
• Include all learnings as per recent projects into the Playbook and update the sections as per requirements
• Own the various templates which are part of the M&A Playbook and keep full control
• Conduct interviews with various functions within ETS and across ETS to permanently keep the M&A Playbook updated
• Act as the single point of contact for all M&A Playbook related matters
• Set up and own the communication for M&A Playbook users

Management of M&A projects within ETS
• Set up and own a status reporting for M&A projects for ETS involvement
• Manage small sub projects independently
• Set up a budget reporting for the ETS M&A team when applicable
• Act as the Clarity Manager for ETS M&A projects when required

Support the ETS Process & Technology Manager M&A on an ad hoc base
