MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The Engineering Services Manager is responsible in managing site services to ensure safe and good working condition to support supply chain operations in Home and Personal Care factories.

JOB SUMMARY
· Compliance to company Quality policy in site services and utilities. This includes but is not limited to good manufacturing practices and 5S.
· Leads a team to deliver reliable operations and maintenance in services such as Boiler Steam generation, Water supply, Chilled Water, Compressed air, HVAC systems, Lifts, Gate Barriers, Site Amenities (canteens, lockers), Weighing scales, Forklifts and Emergency Response Facilities such as Fire suppression, Generators, Flood control system etc.
· Manages over-all budget for site services to ensure cost-efficient operations
· Ensures professional maintenance programs are in-place for site services. Makes use of TPM tools to maximize operational equipment efficiency.
· Responsible in the development of project ideas and initiatives related to site utilities and services plant/equipment/machineries/ancillaries.
· Ensures all external government and legal requirements for building and facilities are met in a timely manner
· Co-leads the Emergency Response team to ensure preparedness during emergencies. Acts as emergency captain in cases of emergency.
· Engineering store management to support operations. Minimizes inventory waste by implementing strategies such as localization, consignment among others.
· Site Building and offices upkeep and maintenance.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME)license
· At least 3 years of experience in Utilities and Engineering services
· Knowledgeable in technical services (Boiler, Water supply, Chilled water, HVAC systems, Air compressors) and other building systems
· Must have experience in a critical environment/ equipment or in a manufacturing setting
· Willing to be based in Manila and/or Cavite
· Data driven and with good communication and interpersonal skills
· Leadership experience is an advantage
