Background & Purpose of the Job
The eCommerce OpEx Analyst will lead multiple eCommerce initiatives in development of our supply chain capabilities to support one of the critical growth channels for our business today. This role will partner frequently with internal supply chain domain experts and various cross-functional partners (finance, brand, CD, CEC, R&D packaging, global UL eCom peers).
Who You Are & What You'll Do
Working on the Digital Supply Chain eCommerce Team, you will be responsible for driving a diverse set of efforts in the development of our channel capabilities.
1) Owning the eCom-Ready packaging initiative for the US business, working with cross-functional teams to achieve 100% eCom-Ready Packaging in our eCommerce portfolio (cross-category) via Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Retail (Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, etc.).
2) Owning OLA (Online Availability) Management for the US –working with multiple data sources and customer teams, developing RPAs (robotic process automation) to ensure our products appear online as expected.
3) Supporting In-house DTC Operation & New DTC Business Integration (Sundial, Schmidt's, etc.) Enhancements – driving enhancement projects for our direct to consumer operation as well as supporting efforts to integrate the DTC businesses for new acquisitions.
4) Owning continued maintenance and development of our Market Scan Database of 3P DTC Fulfillment Providers . Researching any potential partners so that we can advise the business when developing new offerings in the eCommerce fulfillment space.
This role requires a detail oriented, creative technologist, someone who can communicate effectively, comfortable working in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Need To Succeed
Education & Training: Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business-related fields.
1-3 years of Supply Chain experience.
Exposure to eCommerce preferred.
Strong experience in Data Visualization, Presentation and Story Telling
Ability to communicate analytic results both as a high-level overview or a detailed deep dive to our business partners and executive decision makers.
Motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm to learn
Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership in delivering for our customer and businesses
