JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales target
• Keep CBEC Flagship Store comparable growth vs. market & category
• TDI GMV and Net sales target by month by channel by product
• Sales report and analysis
Business Plan & Execution
• Store Annual and monthly business & activities plan
• Efficient investment with key measurements (traffic, conversion rate, AUS )
• Plan, operation and review on major retail holidays ( Women’s Day, 618, D11)
• Principle for promotion
Expense allocation and control
• Keep smooth and constant communications with Platform
• Negotiate with platform to gain more resource
Manage TP on store operation
• Guide TP operation team to implement programs within brand strategy
• Set up key measurements to track TP performance
• Forecast and inventory management
• Promotion and price control
• E-shopper understanding and E-database analysis
• Co-work with marketing team to maximize store sales with recruitment and existing customer
retention.
