Job Title: E&I Engineering Supervisor

Department:  Engineering

Work Location:   Minburi Factory (Latkrabang I.E.)

Main Job Purpose:

· 
Manage over all Electrical & Instrument control engineering crews.

· 
Propose the proper technology , deploy in factory to improve operation includes accountability of Safety , Quality , schedule, budget and performance,.

· 
PM planning, estimating, scheduling, staffing, procurement and execution of various automation, control with Value Engineering conceptual.

· 
Manage and communicate Maintenance E&I changes that may impact either budget or schedule

· 
Communicate and coordinate with multiple vendors or contractors on technical related Maintenance requirements

· 
Need to have the ability to manage several projects through the full project life cycle process

· 
Ensure Maintenance delivery as with safety, quality, output and cost effectiveness

Job Responsibilities:

· 
To assign & supervise the repair & maintenance , major & minor repair , Overhaul work to his Electrical & Instrument control engineering crews.

· 
To monitor and report machine reliability , MTBF, MTTR, Breakdown rate, repair & maintenance cost

· 
Create Technical Standards to meet user requirement specification

· 
Train and coaching subordinate/crews on technical standards

· 
To Co-Ordinate Planned Maintenance. Section Set up maintenance schedule and carried out effectively. (Change breakdown maintenance to planned maintenance)

· 
Identify and extend good practice to other lines.

· 
To support and ensure the installation , test run and commissioning of the local Electric and Instrument , control project work (Capex) in all production plants are carried out and complete within the target ( Time, Cost and Quality).

· 
To utilize computer maintenance management system (CMMS) effectively.

· 
Collaborating with Digital and automation team to exploring and implementing new way to automate and digitalization systems.

Role Requirements on Initiation of Post:

· 
Able to clearly understand technical standard and operating standards.

· 
Able to present findings and rationales clearly so that whole factory team can understand.

· 
Able to make logical decisions based on data.

· 
Possess challenge and pioneering spirit.

Professional Qualifications:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with major in Electronics or Instrumentation, Control, Automation, Mechatronics or related automation engineering

· 
Minimum 1 year experience in related field

· 
Supervision and coordination of engineers, designers, technicians, and 3rd party suppliers and contractor

· 
Control system automation and manufacturing instrument experience and familiarity with the various hardware/ software products and services employed for automation project

· 
Hand on experience in FMCGs manufacturing will be prefer.

· 
Energetic, working under dynamic environment and good interpersonal skill

· 
Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures of FMCGs

· 
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (Omron, Allend-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)

· 
Machinery safety experience

· 
Robotic programing and troubleshooting experience

· 
Good command of Thai and English
