We are looking for an E-commerce intern , who would support the work of the Ecommerce Key Account Manager and the Ecommerce Team leader. The work is mainly administrative but sometimes you have to make presentations, reports etc. You also have to cooperate with the Ecommerce Content Manager, Graphic Designer, customer support team, marketing team, so this role would give you a great insight to the organization.

Main responsibilities/tasks:

· Support the daily work of the eCommerce Manager;
· Analysis and development of forecasting process within Key Account team;
· Constantly improving processes (new product listing, activity plan, logistics changes);
· Monitoring customer performance by tracking sales figures, responsible for invoice and price accuracy;
· Maintaining tight cooperation with senior key account manager, customer marketing managers, team, customer service and supply chain departments.

Additional responsibilities/tasks:

· Listing of new products;
· Handling correct price setting;
· Handling invoices.

Key requirements/ What needed:

· Both Hungarian and English language knowledge;
· Confident knowledge of MS Office programs;
· You will learn a lot, thus we require availability for at least 10-12 months , for minimum 32 hours a week;
· Bachelor or Master studies in progress (active student status is a must);
· You are able to start working in September 2020.
