电商仓库专员

地点：合肥

岗位职责：

仓库运作：管理第三方物流供应商，达成准时发货/到货，日常运作管理； 库存跟踪和计划管理：与DTC计划、生产相关同事协调合作，检查跟踪库存变化和供应计划，以便更好满足需求； 客户服务：日常电商订单交付及逆向物流管理； 质量安全管理：落实电商包装的生产标准，确保产品以完好的状态到达消费者，同时，落实电商仓库的安全运作标准及要求； 促销管理：支持业务部门促销活动，协调各合作部门，跟进并落实相关资源，确保各项促销活动落地； 成本管理：及时发现成本异常情况并找出原因，采取相应措施； 供应商管理：定期与供应商回顾各KPI指标，分析对应原因，并持续改进。

能力需求：

有电商物流运作经验； 良好的队伍建设能力； 良好的沟通能力； 良好分析能力及判断能力； 具有专业度及积极的态度 项目管理能力 深入了解电商WMS管理逻辑以及与实际运作结合的能力。

DTC Warehouse Specialist

Location: Hefei

Responsibility:

1. Warehouse operation: Manage 3 PL to achieved on time dispatching/delivery, warehouse daily operation.

2. Stock tracing and management: co-work with DTC planning team to check and track stock availability and supply plan for better demand fulfillment

3. Customer/consumer service: Daily EC order delivery management, reverse logistics management.

4. Quality & Safety management: Implement EC package standard, ensure orders could be deliver to consumer in good quality. Keep WH operation can meet safety standard & requirement.

 5. Promotion management: Supporting daily/big event promotions, coordinate cross functions, follow up relative resources, ensure landing of all promotion activities.

6. Cost management: Review and finding abnormal spending timely, dig out root cause and rise proposal.

7. Supplier management: Review all KPIs with supplier routine time. Root cause analysis and continuously improve.

Capability required

1. Logistics, EC warehouse management, 3PL management experience is required.

2. Good team building skills

3. Good communication skill

4. Good analytical skill and judgement

5. A matured professional with positive attitude

6. Good project management skill

7. Deeply understand management logic of e-WMS, be capable to implement and optimize daily on ground operation.
