Distributive Trade Transformation Ice Cream Project Management Officer (Project-Based)

Main Job Purpose:

·  Ensure that the project is successfully landed within the given time frame and resources.
·  Create tools and training deck for the distributor field team.
·  Must be able to lead, coordinate, and support the distributor team during the launch and post-launch of the project.
·  Must be willing to do fieldwork to conduct on-site trainings and trade visits.
·  Provide guidance, documentation, and tools to ensure that projects are executed on time, and within budget.
·  Assess the project performance and identify areas for improvement.
·  Monitor the project progress and create updates for the stakeholders.
·  Test newly deployed functionalities within the system.
·  Perform regular sanity testing to ensure systems are working as expected.
·  Address and resolve concerns from the stakeholders related to the project.
