Background & Purpose of the Job
Unilever eCommerce has an exciting opportunity to join our Direct to Consumer (DTC) leading analytics. The selected candidate will be report to and analyze sales and campaign data for the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) account team to measure performance and turn data into insights to enable the team to achieve its goals. We seek a person who is passionate about working in the fast-paced, dynamic world of e-commerce. This person should be naturally curious with a passion for making data-driven decisions.

What You'll Need To Succeed
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
· Execution of processes necessary to prepare data and meet information needs in a timely fashion
· Data visualization building dashboards that enable effective data discovery and exploration
· Develop internal data expertise with ability to provide solutions to complex business questions
· Gather and analyze requirements on new reporting initiatives
· Fulfill weekly business reports and ad-hoc reporting requests as necessary
· Demonstrate initiative through recommending and implementing process improvements that further the long-term data and analytics strategy of the business unit.
· Perform liaison function between DTC team and technology teams in creating sustainable solutions
· Proactively engage with technology teams to understand key tech offerings for DTC team to leverage
· Analyze site performance including traffic trends, conversion paths, product interactions and marketing drivers to improve user experience and drive website KPIs
· Monitor and analyze site A/B and multivariate tests compiling and presenting formal results with recommendations for next steps

Preferred Experience
· Must have experience with: data collection, cleansing, encrypting, gathering, mapping, extraction and transformation; descriptive and exploratory analysis, including developing KPI in reporting; inferential statistics, data analysis and mining using SQL
· Exposure to predictive analytic tools to hypothesize possible outcome scenarios based on key actions performed
· Experience in building and automating high-end reports and dashboards in applications like OBIEE, PowerBI, Tableau, or other leading software on a regularly basis and adhoc
· Advanced proficiency data manipulation, visualizations, and complex custom reports.
· Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into simple to understand insights and actionable recommendations

Education & Professional Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
· 3-5 years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role
