Job description
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
§ Support the rollout of Unilever digital transformation program across Unilever NAME. This program is a combination of our frameworks as well as technology enablers and platforms.
§ Help provide industry thought leadership, solution advisory and expert consultation to cross functional teams at Unilever in various markets
§ Help embrace the culture, capabilities, and mindset to enable the Digital transformation.
§ Help organise the energies and efforts in branded content creation, and how it lands in various digital platforms.
JOB SUMMARY
§ Provide guidance to the local teams on how best to leverage opportunities in the digital content space
§ Help local teams to focus and prioritise their jobs to be done (JTBD) with a specific reference to the Content C in the 5C framework
§ Brief and manage agencies and content partners as required
§ Help develop “non-agency” models of creating content. I.e. direct publisher relationships, or working with producers and directors.
§ Project and network management as required
§ Budget counsel and management, as and when required.
§ Track progress of project deployment (investment, platforms, channels etc) and provide ongoing tactical feedback and advice to the teams as required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with basic production management and direction of video content
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of digital media platforms and how content works within each
- Would have worked in a production house or a media organisation, in the editorial or content fields.
- Experience of dealing with branded content.
To tackle this role, you should have an understanding of digital channels with clear understanding of content works for brands. You should have had some exposure to “branded content creation” and would have at least a few projects to showcase. Practical exposure to social media, mobile marketing and ecommerce is crucial. You should also have sound knowledge of current digital trends and campaigns, and best practice. Experience in website content development, and SEO would be an advantage.
