This role will coordinate the movement of the powder detergent production and the relaunch of the entire portfolio.
Type of Contract: 9 Months Fixed Term through a Personnel Leasing Company
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing the launch calendar and monitoring it, ensuring that the key moments are respected by coordinating with the regional project team and the local team.
• Coordinating the definition of the new Dero powder detergent portfolio together with the Category Manager and the CSP team.
• Coordinating the preparation of the business case for the project
• Presenting the business case to the leadership team forum and obtaining their agreement
• Completing the procedures for creating a new product: creating codes & developing AWs.
• Obtaining legal approvals for the elements of the marketing mix
• Preparing the presentations requested by the line manager, the Regional Brand team, or the Local Board.
Job Requirements:
• Ability to manage end-to-end projects with high accountability and responsibility for meeting tight deadlines and tracking KPI performance
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to analyze data (consumer, financial, market trends) and integrate information into marketing/business campaigns to achieve better results.
• Ability to develop strong team relationships and collaborate with functional departments to plan integrated marketing campaigns.
• Fluency in English and MS Office tools
