Job description

Main Job Purpose :

Responsible to manage sales data & reports upon request. Ensure the implementation of sales system in sales tools are in place, up-to-date and efficient in order to support Sales Force to achieve Business target

Responsibilities:

· 
Manage daily/weekly/monthly selling data in every channel. Ensure it smoothly sync in a system/apprear properly in sales tools and up-to-date on agreed timing.

· 
Maintain and ensure efficiency of Armstrong System or other selling system in mobile, laptop, tablet device. Work closely with IT and vendor to develop/maintain/improve the system.

· 
Support Data Analyst Manager on Distributor data management, Sales Incentive and any assigned tasks

· 
Able to provide business data analysis, findings, and suggestions from aspect of data expert’s point of view

· 
Lead change when working process related to the system changed

Qualifications:

· 
At least Bachelor degree.

· 
Minimum 3 years of working in Sales support/ business planning/ process designing/ data analysis. Experience in IT, System management is a plus

· 
Experienced & keen on working with lots of data & process management

· 
Accountability and Responsibility. Independent. Project management.

· 
Good English communications
