Unilever is currently hiring for a D&A Business Analyst - Finance based in Grha-Unilever BSD Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia

Our Data and Analytics team is embarking on an exciting journey as it continues the analytics partnership with our Finance team.

What can you expect from the role?

·  Dashboard Development : Develop insightful visualizations and comprehensive, accurate, and timely periodic dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
·  Data Management, Automation & Processing : Utilize Azure Databricks, Python, and SQL for data processing from the Data Lake, supporting specific dashboard developments and analytics. Implement automation solutions in Macro VBA, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint to streamline processes and reduce the incidence of errors.
·  Data Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough data validation and integrity checks to ensure accuracy and reliability in data handling.
·  Data Analysis : Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that are crucial for informed decision-making.
·  Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration : Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and communicate findings effectively.
·  Continuous Learning & Adaptation : Proactively learn and adapt to new trends and technologies in data analytics.

Does this sound like you?

·  Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
·  Data Analytics and Dashboard development using PowerBI.
·  Master data analysis processing language such as Python, PySpark, SQL or R.
·  Practical experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
·  Experience in cloud technologies (Azure) is a plus.
·  Bilingual proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
·  Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
·  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
·  Team player with a strong willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
