A vacancy has arisen in global Food Solutions Digital Marketing team for a CRM Campaign Executive. This exciting new role reports to the Global Digital Marketing Manager and is based at the Weena office in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

We are looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Executive who will support our local operations from our HQ based in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) in executing great digital campaigns. The CRM campaign executive is responsible for supporting the implementation of data driven campaigns in our local unilever food solutions markets, to support the multi-channel/omni channel customer journeys. The campaign executive will provide daily support in building and running campaigns to his local counterparts. This may vary from consulting to set up create, brief and track global campaigns. His/her goal is to support as many multi country organisations (MCO's) in campaign planning, execution, tracking and optimization which results in uptake in engagement and conversion.

JOB SUMMARY
• Daily management of global and predefined campaigns and journeys;
• Initiate new global campaigns, e.g. triggered emails or surveys;
• Daily operational campaign support for local MCO's;
• Run campaign analysis on daily basis;
• Review local campaign briefings for global adoption;
• Team up with local counterparts on a daily basis to keep track of campaign needs and initiatives;
• Team up with Global Data Scientists to initiate and optimize segmentation;
• Design and manage guidelines for campaign management and update regularly;
• Collect and share best practices with MCO's and within Global Digital & CRM team;
• Organize regular (remote) coaching sessions with the local MCO's;
• Ensure that content and tone of voice in e-campaigns is aligned with target audience.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• MSc or MA degree in marketing, mathematics, computer science, IT or comparable fields;
• 2 years' work experience;
• Proven track records of campaign / CRM management in omni channel environment;
• Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience;
• Experience with Adobe Campaign Manager or comparable campaign management tool;
• Ability to meet deadlines and objectives;
• Results oriented self-starter, with the ability to thrive under pressure;
• Strong planning & organisational skills;
• Flexible, collaborative and pro-active;
• Strong eye for detail;
• Naturally curious, not afraid to step up and share your knowledge;
• Patience is highly valued in this role;
• Fluent in English, both in writing as speaking;
• Passionate about the latest trends in CRM and Marketing Technology.
